the palace is actually a re-incarnation of a dialup bbs i used to run in the late 80's and early 90's called 'the unknown realm'. the original unknown realm ran on an apple iie with 128k of ram and a 20 megabyte drive (which was huge at the time). besides the usual file collection and message bases, the unknown realm had a vast and ever expanding ascii library.
hax0r's palace is an attempt to "bring back to life" my old bbs. the palace focuses on scene related discussion, has the usual collection of *old* files, carries the zeronet message network, and just like the original unknown realm has an ascii library (no where near in quality or quantity unfortunately though -- but that will change soon). click on the logo above to telnet in using the java telnet applet.
